On April 28, some locals reserved their plots and others shored up the Community Garden. It was a good to get seeds as well. For $25, anyone can reserve a 4x8, raised plot and the soil is very fertile, according to organizer Dan Benesch. Contact Gina Jepson at LakesideGarden59922@gmail.com to reserve plot. This is a great asset for local gardeners.
