Is it too late for America to be great again?
I would love to overthrow this government and return it to our 1800 standards. States rights would be huge. Splitting up the large states would help. Eliminate the IRS. That would be a good start.
But we HAVE to be governed and we have to agree that your rights are as important as mine or we can never co-exist, with or without government.
One thing I am sure of: When the USA finally collapses, the world will fall into another Dark Age that will make the last one look like a trip to Disneyland. Our American urban centers will become dens of murder, theft, rape, etc. They will devour themselves and Urban Liberals will be the first victims.
Only the cowboys, farmers and ranchers in the center of the country will stand their ground and defend it with their lives and can and will live off the land. They will become the Vietnam/Afghanistan who will wage a guerrilla war for decades or centuries. Many here in Montana are looking forward to some kind of revolution.
The biggest question is: What can we do, if anything, to preserve our country?
We were great because America came first for Americans. Now we want other countries to "like" us when we really need them to fear and/or respect us, which no other country does now.
Our greed has helped develop other countries around the world while we backslide into mediocrity and internal fighting. All we have to do is look at past great civilizations and how they collapsed to see where we are headed. I only hope that we still have about 100 million people who won't lay down.
We have a fundamental problem in America that everyone on both sides wants their rights protected while encroaching on others. We need politicians who will protect EVERYONE's rights, not just the people they agree with.
How do we find them?
Does it start with someone as detestable as Donald Trump? Is his personal conduct any worse than any other national politician? Is he the Molotov Cocktail we can throw to wreck the system and get a re-rack?
I know one thing: Hillary is not that person.
