Town Pump Science Center Thanks to a $1500 grant from Town Pump Science Exploration Boxes are Available for Reading Room Use: • Microscope Slides of Various Cellular Matter for the Microscope • Smart Lab Squishy Human Body • Magna Tiles Magnifying Glasses and Real Bugs to Study • Three Newly Published Science Books Each Month for the next year! Books on the human body, engineering, insects and robotics accompany the science exploration boxes. Thank you Town Pump!

Services and Resources Your financial support allows the Library to continue to provide these services:

Books on Wheels If you are housebound, or know someone who is, WSCL is providing a books on wheels program to bring books, DVD’s, or audio books right to your door! Please call and leave a message for Carol Clauson (Coordinator) at 844-3917 if you need this service!

New book purchasing program In addition to the hundreds of donated books that are incorporated into our collection, the Library has an ongoing new books purchasing program.

Book Sale All books donated will be available for purchase in the Book Sale Room, or will be donated to other non-profits in need of books. If you are donating books please make sure they are smoke and mold free, and not water damaged.

Large Print Books A wide range are available.

* Audio Books The Library maintains a large selection of audio books on CD.

* Montana Collection The Library provides an extensive collection of fiction and nonfiction books and videos about Montana. * Movies Through the generosity of our patrons, the Library provides a large selection of VHS and DVD movies for adults and children. * Magazines The Library offers a magazine exchange and gladly accepts donated magazines in good condition, current and/or topical preferred.

Bulletin Board The Library provides an area for residents to post community notices and other information. Meeting Facilities The Library provides access to the facility for community meetings free of charge. The facility is also available for business meetings for a nominal fee, depending on the use. To schedule meeting facilities call the library at 844-3917 or download a reservation booking form.

Children’s Reading Room The Library provides books for children of all ages. * Computers The Library has five computers for public use. Computer Printer Black & white copies generated from computers are available for 25 cents a copy.

* WiFi Network The Library offers wireless Internet network free to patrons and the public. Visitors and patrons are welcome to use their own laptop computers. Access turned off at 12 midnight. * Copy Machine Black & white copies are available at 25 cents per copy.

* Fax Machine The library offers fax services. Cost is $1 for the first page and 50 cents for each additional page

Children’s Weekly Story Hour Fridays: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. For listeners ages 3 to 6 Each story hour has a theme, which incorporates an activity and/or art project that all kids are encouraged to participate in.

Books in the Hands of Children “Books into the Hands of Children” is our newest library program, started by Donnie Underwood, a WSCL board member and volunteer, to deliver children’s books to Dayton Elementary School to supplement their small collection.
