Holidayfest
Saturday, Dec 1st 9am -4 PM. Bake sale, live music, live auction, photos with Santa, kids-only market, handcrafted gifts, and so much more. Hosted by our local PTA. All proceeds go towards Lakeside/Somers schools.
Toy Give Away Accepting donations, distributions soon. Local volunteers are once again gathering up toys to give away to local families this holiday. The collection center is in one of the offices in the Lakeside Mercantile Building, next to Fidelity Title.

If you need a bit of help getting toys for your kinds, you can pick up free toys between 10AM & 3PM, Dec 10 & 11, or 13th & 14th. You can also drop off toys at that time, or call to arrange pick up. Toys for kids between 0 to 12 years old are needed. New toys only.

Murals status and request for artists The West Shore Murals project hit its 2018 goal to place 2-3 murals in Somers and Lakeside. The five year goal is two dozen overall.
If you have an artistic flair, we want to hear from you. We will supply all the materials, and you can paint the panels at your own pace or participate in a “Murals Workshop” one evening a week in Lakeside, early in 2019. (Details on the workshop to come later.)

Looking for investment properties
My investor pool is looking to buy homes in the area. Prefer under $400k. I will make this quick: We are in the market to buy a few homes under $400k. 2 bedroom minimum, 3 or more bedrooms preferred.
Location not critical as long as it is in the West Shore/Kalispell area. If it has ½ acre or more of land that is a big plus. We pay 96% of appraised value and ALL CLOSING COSTS! Larger homes will be considered, but must have a recent appraisal and owner financing for 5 years.
